Finally, through the evaluation of the plasmatic levels of immunological mediators in the bone marrow of adult patients, it was observed that the levels of CXCL9 and CXCL10 are elevated on diagnosis, and were related to positivity for measurable residual disease (MRD) and to the stages of severity of the B-ALL (12). Here, CXCL9 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
