SSBP2 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: In conclusion, our study suggests that the SSBP2-CSF1R fusion gene may be an important biomarker of primary drug resistance in Ph-like ALL, and indicate that the combination of cytarabine, homoharringtonine, dexamethasone, fludarabine, vindesine, and epirubicin can achieve optimal therapeutic results in this category of patients.
