GO and KEGG analyses showed that the main targets involved response to drugs, response to hypoxia, IL-17 signaling pathway, and TNF signaling pathway, suggesting that the treatment of RA by the MBZ-YYH herb pair may regulate the response of cells to drugs and the hypoxia environment through the IL-17 signaling pathway and TNF signaling pathway. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and rheumatoid arthritis.
