Consequently, the purpose of this study is to determine the serum level of muscarinic acetylcholine receptor subtype 3 (m3AChR)-specific autoantibodies in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients and evaluate its relationship to disease activity, functional disability, and to study its role in the development of secondary Sjogren syndrome manifestations in those patients. Here, CHRM3 is linked to Sjogren syndrome.
