CD4 and cardiovascular disorder: Specifically, CD8 + T cells, activated memory CD4 + T cells, Tregs, γδT cells, monocytes, and M1 macrophages were much more abundant in the cardiovascular diseases group, whereas naive B cells, resting memory CD4 + T cells, follicular helper T cells, activated dendritic cells, and activated mast cells were more abundant in the control group (Fig. 6A, B).
