In an anti-osteosarcoma treatment study, miR-451a could stabilize the transcript of phosphoinositide-dependent protein kinase 1 (PDPK1) through the modification of m6A mediated by YTHDC1, and inhibit the signaling pathway associated with protein kinase B (PKB)/mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR), thereby suppressing the progression of osteosarcoma [173].
