RET and neoplasm: In breastcancer, TCF3 is linked with tumor growth and initiation (Slyper et al., 2012), and in thetriple-negative/basal subtype, TCF3 was related to proliferation, migration, and apoptosis (Jia et al., 2020).Our results appoint to the participation of TCF3 regulon in cellcycle regulation, Rho GTPases cycle, adaptive immune system, RET signaling, PI3K/AKTsignaling, besides signal transduction by growth factor receptors andtyrosine-kinase receptors.
