We concluded that the following 27 different genes were significantly changed in the rats used in the osteoporosis model after Drynaria rhizome intragastric administration: PLTP, PON1, NDUFA5, SLC4A1, TNPO1, RAP1B, A1M, TFRC, AFM, PARP14, CRIP1, CZIB, CCDC25, MMP2, LGALS1, FABP5, PIN1, PDGFRL ST13, LIMA1, IKBIP, SORBS1, SLC9A3R2, PPP1R12B, ERC1, DBI, NQO2 (Table 1). The gene discussed is NHERF2; the disease is osteoporosis.
