Populations evaluated included CD45+CD11b+Ly6C+Ly6G+ neutrophils; CD45+CD11b+Ly6C+Ly6G–MHCII+F4/80– monocytic myeloid–derived suppressor cells (mMDSCs); CD45+CD11b+Ly6CmedLy6G–MHCII+F4/80+ tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), including CD11c– TAM1 and CD11c+ TAM2 subsets; and CD45+CD11b+Ly6C–MHCII+ CD11c+ classical DCs (cDCs), including CD103+/– cDCs and CD11b+NKp46+ NK cells (Supplemental Figure 3, A and B).
