This score combines the majority of parameters that have been described as being associated with AF (clinical, echocardiographic, analytical, and neuroimaging) and includes age, bronchopathy, thyroid disease, N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-ProBNP), left atrial enlargement (LAE), cortical topography of stroke, and intracranial large vessel occlusion (LVO) (Table 1).
