Among them, TRPM2-AS have been found to be abnormally expressed in ovarian cancer [15], gastric cancer [16] and osteosarcoma [36] et al. MicroRNAs (miRNAs), as primary elements of non-coding RNAs, have a substantial influence in multiple biological processes such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, metastasis, tumorigenesis and cancer regulation by interacting with lncRNA [37–41]. The gene discussed is TRPM2; the disease is osteosarcoma.
