It’s worth noting that for 14 genes, namely, DGKQ, CR1, CPSF3, INPP5D, SERPINB1, MAFK, TMEM184 A, PARP10, RNF43, UBASH3B, BCKDK, PVR, NKPD1, and CASS4, there were inconsistent directions of associations for the DNA methylation-gene expression-AD risk pathway (Supplementary Table S5).
