Nineteen genes (BIN1, CCDC6, CD2AP, CNIH4, CNN2, COASY, EPHA1, EPHX2, FCER1G, FES, MAPK3, MS4A6A, MTUS1, PLEKHA1, STX4, TBX6, TMEM106B, TP53INP1, and YPEL3) were in the top network related to neurological disease (Supplementary Fig. S4A and Supplementary Table S8). Here, TMEM106B is linked to nervous system disorder.
