The results also show that the expression of YAP at the nuclear level is higher in higher in metastatic than in localized NSCLC, which again suggests that the metastases take place in a YAP-dependent manner although this remains to be proven in an in-vivo study by carrying out an extinction of the expression of YAP or else by preventing its nuclear translocation. This evidence concerns the gene YAP1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
