The updated follow‐up data of the 2022 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) showed that for Stage II–IIIA patients with PD‐L1 ≥ 1%, the 5‐year overall survival (OS) in the treatment group was significantly improved (76.8% vs. 67.5%, HR = 0.71, 95% CI: 0.49–1.03). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and lung cancer.
