EZH2 and neuroblastoma: A study found that adrenergic‐to‐mesenchymal transition (AMT)‐mediated transcriptional recombination led to the ineffectiveness of anti‐GD2 antibodies by downregulation of sialyltransferase GD3 synthetase (GD3S; ST8SIA1), while drug inhibition of H3K27me3 histone methyltransferase EZH2 restored its expression and restored sensitivity to GD2 antibodies, suggesting that the combination of EZH2 inhibitors and anti‐GD2 antibodies in clinical trials can help improve the prognosis of children with NB [24].
