Specifically, three factors, namely, IL-1R2 (OR = 1.0038, 95%CI: 1.0007–1.0070, p = 0.0180), interleukin-23 (OR = 1.0021, 95%CI: 1.0001–1.0042, p = 0.0381), and interleukin-1 receptor-like 1 (OR = 1.0022, 95%CI: 1.0004–1.0041, p = 0.0176), displayed a positive association, suggesting they may heighten the risk of hypertension (Figure 3; Supplementary Figures S7–S9). The gene discussed is IL37; the disease is hypertensive disorder.
