IVW-MR analysis also provided suggestive evidence of an association between KCNH2-mediated DBP and risk of oral cancer (OR = 1.197, 95% CI = 1.028–1.394, p = 0.020) (Figure 3; Supplementary Table S6), suggesting that KCNH2 inhibition may be a protective factor against oral cancer. The gene discussed is KCNH2; the disease is lip and oral cavity carcinoma.
