CRP and neoplasm: In the Cox proportional regression analysis, brain metastasis (HR, 1.70; 95% CI: 1.04–2.76; p = 0.03), 100 ≤ Eo < 500 (HR, 0.26; 95% CI: 0.09–0.74; p = 0.01), an increased REC (HR, 0.52; 95% CI: 0.34–0.80; p = 0.003), increased RNC (HR, 3.32; 95% CI: 1.47–7.53; p = 0.004), tumor size ≥5 cm (HR, 2.19; 95% CI: 1.26–3.80; p = 0.006), and PD‐L1 ≥ 1% (HR, 0.58; 95% CI: 0.36–0.94; p = 0.03) correlated with OS (Table 4), whereas ECOG PS, stage, liver metastasis, an increased RLC, CRP, and Alb did not.
