In this review, we highlighted several myeloid-targeting strategies that restored the ability of T cells to kill tumor cells, including depletion of myeloid cells using anti-Ly6G, anti-CD33 or the BTK inhibitor ibrutinib and myeloid reprogramming by DOX chemotherapy, anti-CSF1R, administration of Polyphenon E, or the addition of NAP to therapies. This evidence concerns the gene CSF1R and neoplasm.
