The result showed that 288 patients developed BC, and 8 patients had BRCA1 mutation [TAM: placebo = 5:3, RR: 1.67 (95% CI: 0.32–10.70)] and 11 had BRCA2 [TAM: placebo = 3:8, RR: 0.38 (95% CI: 0.06–1.56)] [27]. Here, BRCA2 is linked to breast cancer.
