Given that SOD2 is the downstream target of miR-512-5p and circRANGAP1, we further evaluated whether circRANGAP1 promoted PDAC progression through miR-512-5p/SOD2 axis; we first investigated SOD2 expression levels by qRT-PCR and western blot in NSCLC cells after circRANGAP1 knockdown with or without co-transfection of miR-512-5p inhibitor or SOD2 overexpression plasmid. This evidence concerns the gene SOD2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
