In addition, the ROC curve showed that PLAU and CTSK had excellent predictive ability to distinguish pancreatic cancer, with an area under the curve of 0.968 (95% CI = 0.947-0.988) for CTSK and an area under the curve of 0.976 (95% CI = 0.961-0.991) for PLAU (Figures 4(e) and 4(g)). Here, CTSK is linked to familial pancreatic carcinoma.
