According to these findings, the patients of the “rheumatoid arthritis” group had a lower median level of IFN-γ and IP-10 in response to TB1 and TB2 stimulation than group B (IFN-γ: p = 0.0438 and p = 0.0275, respectively; IP-10: p = 0.0183 and p = 0.0148, respectively) (Figure 2). Here, IFNG is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
