In this study, we used MR to analyze the causal relationship between exposure factors, such as total testosterone (TT), bioavailable testosterone (BioT), dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEAS) and SHBG, and female reproductive system diseases, including ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), premature ovarian failure (POF), cervical polyps and uterine fibroids. This evidence concerns the gene SHBG and female reproductive system disorder.
