Combined with the known lung cancer SL genes recorded in SynLethDB, including SL pairs recorded in the literature and SL pairs confirmed by experiments, a total of 19 genes (33.3% of the 57 CTTs genes) were confirmed to be lung cancer-related SL genes, which were DSG2, ADSL, MCM2, MCM4, MCM6, DSP, PARP1, EGFR, KRAS, PIK3CA, MAPK1, UBC, MAPK3, POLR2E, PSMC3, RELA, PSMD6, RBX1, PSMA2. Here, PARP1 is linked to lung carcinoma.
