NFS1 and colonic neoplasm: Using a CRISPR‐Cas9 screen of metabolic enzyme genes in vivo, it was found that deletion of cysteine desulfurase (Nfs1), the rate‐limiting enzyme in Fe‐S cluster biogenesis, enhances antitumor therapy by increasing intracellular oxidative stress‐induced PANoptosis in synergy with oxaliplatin, a first‐line treatment for colon cancer.
