The findings of the gene set enrichment analyses (GSEA) indicated that ADGRG2-related DEGs were involved in the positive regulation of pathways in cancer (JAK-STAT, MAPK, and Calcium signaling pathway), cell adhesion molecules cams, cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction, and the negative regulation of oxidative phosphorylation (Figure 3B). Here, ADGRG2 is linked to cancer.
