CTLA4 and neoplasm: Figure 4 shows that tumors in the control mice grew progressively after a lag of approximately 7 days, and on Day 21, the average tumor volumes for the control, opaganib alone, anti-CTLA-4 antibody alone and combination treatment groups were 4622 ± 548, 3197 ± 914, 3029 ± 675 and 1274 ± 336 (p = 0.0008) mm3, respectively. Figure 4 also shows that mice in the control group had a median survival of 19 days, and all animals were sacrificed by Day 21.
