We could also observe a more pronounced CXCL2 signaling after placement of the spheroid and less CXCL2 signaling in our OBSC model in the second half of the observations period (supernatant at timepoint d6), which might be due to the GBM cell line cells starting to suppress CXCL2-CXCR2 axis signaling over time (see Figure 3b, left).
