After knocking down FARSB, it was found that the activation level of mTORC1 decreased, and the suppression effect of rapamycin on the growth of HCC cells could be blocked by FARSB overexpression, so we confirmed that FARSB regulates the progression of HCC through the mTORC1 signaling pathway. This evidence concerns the gene FARSB and hepatocellular carcinoma.
