Focusing on lncRNAs, Deng and coworkers reported that lncRNA 91H was abnormally overexpressed in several human tumor tissues and was considerably associated with a worse prognosis in CRC patients [42], at least in part through modulating the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein K (HNRNPK) expression and chemoresistance.
