Experiments using MSCs treated with miR-320a mimics demonstrated that exosomes containing this microRNA could suppress the invasion of RA-FLSs, through the interaction of miR-320a with CXCL9, a member of the chemokine family upregulated in RA and positively correlated with DAS-28 [77,78,79]. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL9 and rheumatoid arthritis.
