These results are consistent with those observed in psoriatic skin injury, which showed that the NLRP3 inflammasome was repressed from activation, and inflammatory factors, including caspase-1, IL-1β, and ASC, presented lowered levels in mice, suggesting that Rg1 can repair the psoriasis-like skin injury by down-regulating NLRP3 inflammatory factors [31].
