Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma with YAP1–TFE3 fusion has a higher chance of multifocal disease and metastasis as compared to tumors with WWTR1–CAM1 fusion; however, the former has a 5-year progression-free survival range of 85–90% as compared to the latter [27,28]. This evidence concerns the gene WWTR1 and epithelioid hemangioendothelioma.
