CYP4V2 and coronary artery disorder: By contrast, little is known about the SNPs (rs1398007, rs3736455, rs1053094 and rs56413992) in CYP4V2. Therefore, our study is the first to report the association of these SNPs with CHD risk and find that rs56413992, as a risk factor, may play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of CHD.
