Interestingly, Ki-67 combined with other markers [25] and/or clinicopathological predictors [10], may assist to better predict survival in resected pancreatic cancer, which is like as previous reported markers, such as glandular pattern [26], preoperative Ca19-9 levels [27], cancer-cell-derived sialylated IgG [28], matrix metalloproteinase 7 [29], and node-positive disease [30, 31]. Here, MMP7 is linked to familial pancreatic carcinoma.
