Loss of G98, E205, E410, or D417 in human β-tubulin isotypes is associated with clinical conditions including tubulinopathies (tubb2b, tubb3, tubb4a), oculomotor problems (tubb3) and infertility (tubb8) [69,75,83, 94–104]. The gene discussed is TUBB2B; the disease is tubulinopathy.
