Our findings revealed a significant upregulation of FOXM1 in numerous cancers, including bladder cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, bile duct cancer, colon cancer, oesophageal cancer, head and neck cancer, kidney chromophobe, kidney clear cell carcinoma, kidney papillary cell carcinoma, HCC, lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, prostate cancer, rectal cancer and stomach cancer (Figure 3D,E). Here, FOXM1 is linked to rectal cancer.
