Parallel to the localized joint gout flare, our current work revealed that circulating CMs, IMs, and DCs were highly enriched in proinflammatory factors, such as NLRP3, IL-1B, and TNF, which exhibited relatively low expression in blood NCMs and other PBMCs (Figure 2E and Supplemental Figure 2B).
