When analyzed by functional annotation pathways, mANK-101–treated tumors had significant upregulation of genes associated with immune cell activation and cytotoxicity, including IFN signaling, antigen presentation, and costimulatory signaling, and downregulation of pathways consistent with tumor growth and immune suppression, including TGF-β signaling and cell proliferation (Figure 5C). This evidence concerns the gene IFNA1 and neoplasm.
