CD8A and neoplasm: Together, these data indicate that a single i.t. injection of mANK-101 induces a dramatic and sustained remodeling of the TME, with increased recruitment of T cells via a chemokine gradient, a Th1 phenotype shift, decreased Tregs, increased CD8+ T cell and NK cell activation and cytotoxicity, myeloid cell skewing to a proinflammatory M1 phenotype, and enhanced antigen processing and presentation by tumor cells.
