In this study, through univariate analysis of relevant clinicopathological factors affecting bone metastasis in patients with PCa, it was found that PSA, Gleason score, tumor stage, nodal metastasis, CD4+ TILs infiltration, and NSD2 expression were related to bone metastasis (P < 0.05), while age and CD8+ TILs infiltration were not (P > 0.05). The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
