Here, we compare the immunohistochemical profiles in a series of 57 cases of PCa, 34 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), 36 cases of prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN), and 19 cases of mCRPC in order to obtain a more complete understanding of the immunostaining profile of NSD2 in prostate cancer and to further examine its potential as a biomarker for PCa and/or mCRPC. This evidence concerns the gene NSD2 and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
