NPPB and familial hypercholesterolemia: Clinical parameters including BMI, NYHA class III-IV, dyspnea, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, systolic and diastolic BP, NT-proBNP, and CMR conventional indices including LA and LV diameter, LVEF, LVEDVI, LVESVI, mitral and tricuspid regurgitation, LGE presence, LGE extent, as well as all the FT derived strain parameters showed significant predictive associations with MACE in univariate analysis (Table 2).
