After treated with Ro5-3335, a RUNX1-CBFβ interaction inhibitor, the phosphorylation level of EGFR (Tyr1068), STAT3 (Tyr705) and AKT (Ser473, Thr308) were significantly decreased in control cancer cell lines (SKOV3, OVCAR3) and generated the similar pattern that RUNX1 knockdown induced (Fig. 5C–D, Fig. S4C–D).
