An agreement with our data, He et al. [18] and Shao et al. [41] declared that miRNA-34a improves the sensitivity of cervical cancer cells toward oxaliplatin by targeting Murine Double Minute 4 (MDM4) expression and 5-fluorouracil by targeting lactate dehydrogenase A (LDHA), a glycolysis key enzyme, respectively. The gene discussed is MDM4; the disease is cervical carcinoma.
