Silencing of SMARCA5, TPP2, or LIMCH1 remarkably rescued the anti-proliferative and anti-metastatic effects of miR-660-5p inhibitor on LnM cells and BoM cells (Figs. 5H, S5C–E), indicating that overexpression of miR-660-5p promoted distant metastasis of lung cancer cells through down-regulating SMARCA5/TPP2/LIMCH1 in vitro. This evidence concerns the gene SMARCA5 and lung cancer.
