In summary, we successfully established and characterized NSCLC distant metastasis cell lines (BoM, BrM and LnM), determined that miR-660-5p is overexpressed in NSCLC, and found that its targets (SMARCA5, TPP2, and LIMCH1) as well as a gene signature that is correlated with NSCLC distant metastasis. The gene discussed is TPP2; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
