In recent years, various sequencing technologies have found several mutations in oral cancer, including NOTCH1, FAT1, CASP810, etc., (Jayaprakash et al., 2020), and also identified mutations in the composition of tumor suppressor genes, oncogenes and mitochondrial genes, but no relevant reports have been reported on OSF oncogenic gene mutations. The gene discussed is NOTCH1; the disease is lip and oral cavity carcinoma.
