These all show that the patient has no high-risk factors for venous thrombosis before surgery, and when the patient develops PE, CRP is significantly increased (200.0 mg/L) and AT is significantly lower than that at admission (74.6 mg/L vs 95.8 mg/L), so we speculate that the occurrence of PE is closely related to this curettage operation.
