Subsequently, univariate Cox regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between chemokines and chemokine receptors and prognosis in colorectal adenocarcinoma, and six chemokines and chemokine receptors (CCL19, CCL22, CCR9, CXCR5, XCL1, and CX3CL1) were identified as the final predictors for colorectal adenocarcinoma patients’ prognosis (Supplementary Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene CCL22 and colorectal adenocarcinoma.
