We also quantified the transcript levels of OSBPL3, CYP19A1, and SLCO1A2 in human colorectal cancer cell lines (Supplementary Figure 1), and the results showed that these three genes were all more highly expressed at the RNA level in the tumour cell lines (either HCT116 or HT29) than in the normal colon epithelial cell line NCM460. This evidence concerns the gene CYP19A1 and neoplasm.
