Based on the Kaplan-Meier (KM) survival analysis, patients with LIHC, LGG, GBMLGG, GBM, ALL-R, and PAAD who had high PPARG expression levels had shorter OS compared to those with BLCA and KIRC, who had higher PPARG expression levels and longer OS (Figure 2A).
